Event Description

Hey Ladies!!

This location is one of the best for being outside, running around, jumping around, and learning a ton of stuff.

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. We'll stretch, warm up, condition, and get into it!

MUNIs #29 and #43 will get you close. check 511.org

Coordinate rides with whoever's coming. Easy parking at the Presidio YMCA Main Post gym, right HERE

Contact me for scooter shuttle service from a spot along Geary. you MUST arrive early for this.

If you come late, walk up Girard Rd. where we'll be at the battery 30 yards up the street. if you come even later than that, you've missed a lot, but meet us down in front of Crissy Field Center.

Pim is working on a project and will be filming traceuses but ONLY with your permission.

See ya there!!

Beware of those trees! Those sneaky bastards kept popping out at me this winter when I was learning to ski.

i'll bring my digital camera to film all this so hopefully the quality would be okay. if anyone has a camcorder that is better than my digital camera, and would like to lend it to me DURING the jam, i'll bring my laptop, shoot the footage with your camera, and download it to my computer. i'll be done with it after the jam ends. if not, it's okay =D looking forward to it!

Watch out for those trees around that one seating area. One viscously attacked me with no provocation at all!
