Event Description
Hey everyone Fridays during the summer I'm going to be doing sessions geared toward specific parkour techniques. Much like the progression session, we want to focus on controlled practice toward improving our precision, speed, confidence and over all efficiency.
All skill levels are welcome. Whether you're an advanced traceur or a beginner, practicing proper progression is always important. We will be drilling movement progressions, ambidextrous skills, multi-move flow, and better ways to bail.
