does it really matter who it is and where? lol either way the guys in this video are highly skilled. And Bio i think the Russians would have kicked the shit outta the Germans if parkour was implemented...the thought of parkour in the middle of a battle is really intriguing

Gotta love the wrecked Soviet-era buildings. Imagine how useful parkour would've been in the battle of Stalingrad.
