Mental Block depicts the journey of Ali, a young freerunner striving to find his own personal route through life using the discipline of parkour. But all motion stops when he reaches the inevitable mental block. Set within london inner-city estates the freerunner discovers that the hardest obstacles to overcome are the ones in his mind.

...as Ali says at the end, the most important Mental Block one overcomes through parkour, is the one of being pessimistic, and instead starting to consciously chase our accomplishments, instead of just dreaming about it.
