I was watching for pedestrians, she came out of nowhere. It was an accident, I'm lucky i didn't hit her. The light pole blocked me from seeing her walk right in front of the jump...

I'm sure you didn't mean to do that, and that it did feel awkward, but the worst would have been if her husband/father/less-startled girlfriend would have been aside her: you would have gotten into a nasty confrontation, for nothing.
Far from "giving parkour a bad name", nevertheless it's our responsibility to check the surroundings for oncoming people (especially kids!) and neither impress (because we don't need to), nor scare anybody (because we don't want to).
With the latest situations (1., 2. and 3.) all confrontations have to be avoided...
