@Alex, haha -- purely mentally double kong is NOTHING compared to the dash for me. The dash freaks me out like hell!!

@ Steve. Hahaha. No way! As you can see my flips are very much work in progress plus I use the springy surface of a tumble track for the take off. Once my flips are solid on inside floors, I'll take them outside ;-)

Totally agree on the slow mo. The only bad news is that you see ALL the flaws in each move, but that how you improve you own form, right? Besides, we're among friends here so who cares ;-)
