you should try to make it out to one of the acrosports sessions on wednesday nights. it might help you to get more confortable with the movements where you wont get all cut up (you keep getting up tho!)

there are also a few girls that show up it seems (ive only been once in the since i first started, but it really helps out in the beginning, the gym not the girls)

You should try to drag your buddy brandon out to SF for one of Kaos's sessions. Tomorrow night at sloat or sunday at sutro school right across the bridge he will be teaching.
