Hey, I thought you'd be the right person to ask. How do you train solo? Cause I've tried a few times and honestly I usually don't know where to start, what to do, or how to stay motivated. I'm guessing you have trained by yourself before right? So what do you do? (Well if you don't it's okay)
Hi there! My name is Joanna and I have only been to one session but I loved it. I'm wondering if you can tell me if there is Monday night conditioning tonight at SF state and if it is appropriate for beginners? Are there any other beginning sessions or conditioning in the city that you can recommend? Thanks!
Im not sure if i can make it to the next beginner session. Please have a discussion about Parkour vs. Freerun.... etc. I think we really need it :) I know you know what to do better though. So do whats right! lol
Dan is not pro competition...judging by what he said. I went because i had to go to my sister's concert at 12... and that was the only way of getting at-least a 1/2 hour of training. From what he seemed like, he was not too arrogant. but i was disappointed by his youtube live performance...
