Totally! i was so amazed at the variety of "new" muscles i got to discover. that's one of the great things about doing something completely new (like the first time you box (or wrestle), or try a new form of dance). each new activity uses new muscles, and uses the old muscles in new ways.
i took my "lunch break" and went and ran around, jumping on things, trying to get over fences, balancing... it was a blast! i think i'll make a habit of it, but next time i'm bringing a clean shirt so i don't get my work clothes all sweaty!
