Hey Benny it's next Friday at 9:30 at my place 2252 Parker Street Apt 304, just give me a call if you decide to come 951-515-4267. If you can chip in for drinks that would be cool to like 2 bucks should be good or you can bring your own.
I believe the best would be private messaging the people you know, inviting them to comment on it.
If they do, the comments will attract other viewers and comments.
Don't overdo it, though... nobody likes to be pushed too hard; aside while froobling, I guess.
;)
Good, good! Yeah, I'm not sore either, which is awesome, because after my first Monday I was pretty sore, not very sore, but I felt soreness. Anyway, good that you came!
hehehheeeeee e e ehhheeee e e e ehhehehehe Ill let Alex tell you- the guy in 5.10 that came 2day. o yeah- here is the vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yEaycYHURk
...no deletion whatsoever... that's fine... we can disagree and still be friends...
=)
I can give you only my personal opinion; we never collectively decided not to attend the monthly jam, it just happened (also: Aero and I were among its initial promoters, and I still like the idea, I just don't like the format...).
After the first one, to me good part of the Oakland jam felt a little annoying and I looked for a spot to do stuff on my own; San Jose was very good -for the part I've been there, which is until 3PM-, but this was thanks to the leadership of Matt and Ian; while at Capuchino's I remember that a substantial group of people decided to go do stuff on their own.
Those people constitute the core of this new group that is taking shape here, probably the majority with a "beginners mentality"...
Sure I miss seeing Victor and Matt (even if they probably don't even remember me...), but maybe we are going to hit them up again in the future.
Right now I like to stay within this group, meeting more people within the guidelines that this group has set for itself.
And also we do jams (aside from the beginners training) all the time, only they tent to feel like trainings: compare this with any video from the most recent monthly jam...
REMINDER: earlier start time (6:15pm) to have some more daylight
