Thanks for the good wishes. I've had the C and E going most of the afternoon (which naturally implies the R) and already noticing an improvement from the morning so I should have a pretty quick recovery.
Glad to see you back! Sure, Seng or I can give you a ride out to the training this Sunday. Where do you want to be picked up? I can get people pretty much anywhere between Rockridge BART and the bridge, so just let me know where you want to be picked up.
Heh, ya I was! I'm sorry I missed your Longbeach event, my alarm was set for PM rather then AM and I missed my ride :P I heard it was a good time though!
btw, I know this is thinking way ahead, but opeth's got a concert in SF in like, early october. my and my friend were thinking about going, you wanna come too??
Okay. The cast is comingoff before I get back, actually before I get to Venice which is especially nice, and I'll be all good by then. Supposedly. The swelling really went down today cuz I chilled around with my foot up for the last 6 hours or so. I'm having a really great time nonetheless.
...yeaaaaah.
So why not posting it "among the other videos in the apposite section... it's great training of flow, movement/feet precision and rotations!".
Nobody is gonna see it on Kaos's page...
=)
(AHH! I got it! We were talking about two DIFFERENT La Cañada videos...lol!)
LOL back to you! (lol!)
Of course: otherwise proper English would have been "The video from Canada training etc".
"La" means "the" (in Italian too) and Canada with "ñ" means ravine, small canyon (cañyon probably with ñ too)...
From there (probably) the name of the school.
Now, the real question is: how the hell do you type a "ñ" in html?!? (I copy/pasted yours)
Or the Swedish/German "Umlaut" for what matters?...
The video from the Canada training is very worthy of being among the other videos in the apposite section... it's great training of flow, movement/feet precision and rotations!
But maybe let's wait to hear what The Teacher says... lol!
hey Haley! thanks for your comment on the beginners sessions vid... i was hoping someone would take notice and appreciate my song selections! :) can't wait to train with you again... from the sounds of your blog posts, seems like you're really killin' it down there in LA, good stuff!

No need to worry about me! Perhaps sounds a bit reckless in theory but in reality it wasn't, and I took maximum caution.
Top on my list for things to when I get back (parkour is #1), is getting my drivers license so I can get to jams on my own.
I'm going to be heading up north sometime this summer so maybe I'll see you there :)
