how bout we go to the beginner jam first, warm up there- Andrey WILL be there...... A nice warm up wouldn't hurt. And then Me you, Andrey will come to the monthly...sounds cool?

I also dont agree that Russia's army has no idea what its doing. O yeah. also 1/3 of Israel speaks Russian.
Im not saying Systema is better than krav maga. I just want to point out that it seems very effective
