Hi, I'm a new BAPK member. I really liked your graph and would like to use it for a school project about defining parkour. Would you be okay with that?

Welcome back! I guess you wouldn't know me, but I freaking worship Pilgrimage. I would have been disappointed if its creator had given parkour up.

Hope you (and everybody else) stay safe in the future!

hey hey
we tried adding a heap of the cat crawls/stair exercises you showed us on Sunday to our conditioning session last night. Worked really well, I think. Was too wet to try your wall routine, but it's still on our radar...

(also max respect for washing the walls in Pilgrimage. That really impressed me)

Hey man, it's awesome to meet the maker of Parkour Pilgrimage. If you haven't already you should make tutorials for the conditioning exercises you taught us, I swear I rate them 5 stars. they are great, and a little out of the ordinary. Thanks again, hope your ankles heal up fast.

Thanks for all your help on Sunday. I wish I'd stopped and chatted a bit more, I'll just have to remember that for next time. Hope you had a safe trip back and a speedy recovery.

Hey man, really enjoyed training with you. I forgot to ask you one question: What are the Chinese characters at the beginning of you videos?

Great conditioning; my muscles are completely worn out, which is a great sign. It was really fun; thanks for sharing your experience! We'll be sure to bring you plenty of plums next time (we know how much you love them). ;)

Sunday was great! Thanks TK for the new conditioning drills. Thanks to Jeremy and Bao with the help on the "Thief vault".
Looking forward to seeing you guys again, later this year! Cheers!

thanks for all the tips on conditioning and technique yesterday! I was just curious, is there a video or online guide for the 3-set wall exercise by chance?

Hi Duncan! And welcome...

Thanks for checking in... (and for all the great resources you provided to our community as well as the PK-world too) ;)
You might want to take a look at our fundamentals and let us know if you feel something is missing; I would personally appreciate that.

We are looking forward to meeting you in RealLife!
=)
