we tried adding a heap of the cat crawls/stair exercises you showed us on Sunday to our conditioning session last night. Worked really well, I think. Was too wet to try your wall routine, but it's still on our radar...
(also max respect for washing the walls in Pilgrimage. That really impressed me)
Hey man, it's awesome to meet the maker of Parkour Pilgrimage. If you haven't already you should make tutorials for the conditioning exercises you taught us, I swear I rate them 5 stars. they are great, and a little out of the ordinary. Thanks again, hope your ankles heal up fast.
