Goal for Spring 2009? Pfft, you'll have that 5 foot precision by next week. Or the week after that at worst. A couple push ups a day will do wonders for your upper body strength too.

i've been doing a lot of pushups almost every day and i see improvement in my upper body strength... vaults that seem impossible a few weeks ago all of a sudden got better.
