Practical Guide of Physical Education (1912) by Georges Hebert, English Translation

So I was digging for books around the net and, just by coincidence, noticed Herbert's name on one of the titles.



Turns out it's the 92-page version of his guide to physical education. APK posted their own 30 page version, but it leaves out a bunch of chapters this one has, and sports an inferior translation.



edit: I'm told that the complete work is over 500 pages, though, so we're gonna have to hold out a bit longer for the whole thing.

College, frontflips, and public speaking?!

So basically college is amazing. Theres a bunch of time to train, which totally destresses me, and I feel like I'm progressing a bunch. Also happened to recruit 2-3 new trainees haha.

BUT, coolest thing yet, I learned how to frontflip! Which I'm super proud about. I never thought I'd be able to do that, but now that I can, I might start trying to learn more freerunning techniques like palm spins and what not to incorporate into my move set.
