Hi, this is Youssif's' mom, Jen - weren't you at the Capuchino thing today? I'm pretty sure that's you, although I didn't get your name... we had a great time and everyone was so friendly. Hope to see you again soon! =)
Sorry, have to work on Sunday. Really wish I could make it because that initial area a cool spot (though I'm not as into the other Presidio spots). Maybe post something on the EB group or rides thread.
Hi Andrew!
Not to mind your business but unless you are passionate about urban running and in tremendous running shape, running to GWHS from the Powell Street BART station, will probably shoot your legs for the session.
4.7 miles with height differences hardly qualifiy as a warm up...
=)
I'd cut it at least in two, or, seriously, skip it to the benefit of the technique work (you don't want to get a cramp during a tic-tac, do you?).
There's an express bus that flies all the way down to the Ocean on Geary Blvd from Union Street, one block from Powell BART... just have to find out the # and where it stops close to 30th...
;)
Hey man, I can't give you a ride into GWHS this Sunday. I'm going into the city really early, but I can give you a ride back for sure if you can get there otherwise. Maybe post in the event thread and see if anyone else is coming in from the east bay, or if one of the SF folks can get you at a bart station out there.
