Where about in Canada? Do you know that pkTO (that Parkour Toronto) is the biggest and most organized community in North America?
Anyway, feel free to peek around (I saw your question/thread), but notice that this is a very local community site, mainly geared to organize real life training among its members... if you want, though you can sign up with the International group.
Also, you may like to take a look at this beginners guide.
