Train Hard - Stay Humble

Follow this link http://kuow.org/program.php?id=17452, for a 10:30 interview.

Rafe Kelley, member and co-founder of Washington Parkour (WAPK) and the PNWPA (Pacific Northwest Parkour Association), in an interview broadcast on KUOW radio (KUOW is a founding member of National Public Radio - NPR).

Rafe talks, among other things, about being on ADHD medication for good part of his youth, and discovering Parkour in college, which eventually helped him graduating in Anthropology...

"Parkour overcomes variations in terrain that are scalable to human beings...".

Thanks for the link. I liked Rafe's point about how limiting the natural drive in kids to run, jump, and play is really limiting their potential to understand how to interact with their environment. If I was allowed to freeform play instead of being forced to participate in organized games during PE, I wonder if I might have turned out a little different.
...then, you might like this video, inspiring, funny and moving to tears.
If you find the time to watch it all, remember that "Frank sent this"... ;)
