Bay Area Parkour

Train Hard - Stay Humble

Inspiration from anything for everyone!!! (warning: videos...)

Every now and then, I find myself a little "short on my dough" and going to the Y-M-C-A doesn't help... (Village People, 1978)
That's when I turn to YouTube for something REALLY inspirational, and usually not-directly-parkour-related, yet parkour transferable...

I will post a couple of my favorites, asking you to do the same, if you wish (embed or link), but trying to avoid obvious repetitions, uninspired commercials and predictable vids.
Also, writing a line, a title, or the reason why you deem it inspirational is nice, as well as keeping comments brief and as direct replies to each individual post...
=)
[This will also keep our video section free from non-pk clips...]

I'll start out...

Inspiration... PURE!
(some of you you have seen this elsewhere... I posted it before):
Even though it's not exactly parkour, you could make an argument that those martial arts tricking guys are at the pinnacle of human ability. Seriously, those may be the most physically difficult things that a human body can do. Wow...
ah.... all that tricking....i gotta say. all the marial arts i saw there were ineffective. Evasion skills were pretty good tho =)
Damn if I don't want to learn that though. I wonder if they're willing to teach you that without the "self defense" portion?
I was exposed to that kind of martial arts very young and it didn't move me for any reason....
i doubt it lol
lol Yeah I'm in Muay Thai, BJJ, and Kuk Sool Won now xD
Martial arts is kool and all, but pretty useless in a real situation. if u want to win a fight, bring a knife.
True, this is how you deal with a real situation:
