Train Hard - Stay Humble

It started about six months ago, I found it getting harder and harder to do squats and other similar movements. Standing up causes stinging pain for a few seconds. thoughts?

What this guy said. Six months was way too long to wait; make sure you get that fixed up IMMEDIATELY.
and during the time that you're recovering do strength training. Then when you come back, you'll get better quicker! also, PERFECT THE ROLLLLLLL
At age 15, i dont think it likely that you have developed weak knees so much as you havent developed strong ones yet. I shot up 3 inches in a summer in high school. when youre still growing it takes time for your strength to catch up to your height and weight. im not a physiologist or anything, but i figure if you dont have the muscle to cradle your joints from the impact of a big drop or even a lot of small ones, all that force is going to go straight into your bones and connective tissue. for joint issues, the remedy is almost always rest. that being said, my impression is that any sharp, stabbing, or "stinging" pain not caused by sore muscles is serious and should be looked at asap
