Bay Area Parkour

Train Hard - Stay Humble

Our fellow practitioner Dimitri (rift33) was on Parkour Radio Sunday night, with a very intense -and nevertheless entertaining- interview.
Tons of valuable -and delicate- life, parkour and addiction survival insight!

Not for the faint of heart, but if you can handle it, here's a (RAW!) outlook on Dimitri's life 6+ years ago... (This contains some graphic (drug) images, and may be hard to watch. Please keep any comments respectful.)

that's the point of parkour... to take the lessons your learn from physical motions and put them to use in daily life... a perfect example being get over obstacles not around them.

sorry had to say it. back to w00ting dmitri.
thanks you all!!!
Christ... that was a hell of a thing right there. I'd never call you a baby killer and I'd never call you weak. That was intense to watch so I can only imagine it was that much more intense to experience. You have fought a tremendous fight and have come out the other side looking impeccable. Much respect to you. Keep fighting and keeping being the person that this group loves.
