...although we all know accidents can happen, no matter how many precautions one takes, and no matter how experienced one is, the raw cruelty of the loss of a young soul doing what he loves is almost too much to bear.
As a fellow practitioner, a friend, a father, I BEG everybody to train close to ground level, and avoid leaping over potentially fatal obstacles ("huge" gaps, armored wrought iron fences, trafficked roadways, driveway exits, etc...).
Avoid building roofs!
(...sorry for the 'tirade', but, with this topic it's not about fine distinctions.)
...
About what is hypothesized on the YouTube clip, namely: "...accidents can always happen [but,]...some of his close friends like to think otherwise. Eon was known to be different, living in a world beyond this one, a world in his own mind. Many of his friends are guilty of making fun of him and the relation he felt towards the Hollywood movie "The Matrix", but one has to admit that the possibility of him finally transcending to an alternate reality cannot be ruled out. Perhaps it's naive to consider such things, but maybe he did find a way to escape this world...", without passing a judgment on an individual that we haven't know, I would like to point out the irresponsibility of stating that a healthy, involved 20 years old may have to die, or even to risk his life while training, in order to "escape this world", or that ANYTHING could be accomplished that way.
Traceurs train "to be and to last" and they want to "be strong to be useful", not die, while training, and leave a void and suffering family, friends and community!
From what we can see Eon was a traceur, so that theory doesn't apply...

His friends are going to react to his death in different ways. They're grieving.. I'm sure they're still trying to grasp the fact this actually happened.
I am starting to think this is fake. On person said that he/she saw him at training "yesterday".

Just about the worst idea of a joke I've ever seen - and I've seen a few.
