CHANGE of location from GWHS to Christopher Playground!

Hey Ladies! Please check out the latest discussion on the wall of BApk Girls. Pim is creating a media piece on the women of parkour. Come express your thoughts, support, experiences, progression, and passion for parkour!

A video camera will be on site, however you do not have to be taped. You are welcome to come learn and train OFF the record!

Plan on coming to stretch, jog to warm up, do some solid conditioning exercises, learn new skills, practice progression, and connect everything to make a nice line. Guaranteed fun!

This training provides a healthy atmosphere for new female practitioners to start parkour, and for everyone to advance in a safe way. Safety is paramount, so a positive example is set by the more experienced practitioners.
