Indoor Jam

Bay Island Gymnastics will stay open late for it's first parkour meet up on Friday nights.

$15 gets you over 90 minutes of training in an enormous gymnastics gym boasting the Bay Area's largest foam pit, a trampoline track and padded blocks to build your own obstacle course! 

Join us for a night of indoor training! Test your limits in a safe environment. Many regular BApk outdoor sessions coaches and organizers will be there.

To be repeated September 27th.

This may be expanded to more nights per week or month depending on the initial showing on these "trial dates" so please feel free to spread it around the PK community.
