Let's all lean back and throw our legs forward. Wednesday is all about the hips, That's right it's Dash day. We'll be working on arms and core by practicing "Dash Movements" Basically any movement where we lean back in order to get our hips over an obstacle. It is intended for both beginner and intermediate traceurs. This is an opportunity for beginners to learn many new movements and for more advanced practitioners to condition their movements for more diverse situations.
This is a recurring event. We are always doing Dash days on Wednesday unless otherwise specified. It is usually at Ryan park but check in each week in case it changes.
Ryan Park Foster City. We're gonna be training by the water. This is a cool park with a lot of rails and walls and places to strengthen technique. There's a parking lot off of shell Blvd between the Rec Center and the skate park. Make sure you don't park in the senior parking lot
We'll warm up on the patch of grass adjacent to the football field and tennis courts, while there, maybe we'll give the 9ft Lachet Bars a try. Someone's gonna get them eventually.
Get there on times for stretching and warmup if you show up late give us a call.
