Event Description
On Saturday, February 14, SFPK will be hosting a beginners' class at the Embarcadero at 12:00 noon. The meeting spot is on the South side of Market Street, just across the street from Justin Herman Plaza.
The class will teach beginners parkour philosophy, essential safety techniques, and basic movements.
There will be a jam session when the class is complete.
Everyone is welcome at these classes.

Kirill: If you don't like SFPK, so be it, but you don't need to discourage other people from going to their classes. Their classes do a really good job of promoting slow progression, safe training, and humility. Plus, you learn many different movements by attending them!
